We deeply appreciate how transformative technology combined with industry experience reduces friction and improves outcomes. We learnt this, the hard way, by running our sister home care business and working directly with the 100+ providers now operating on Lookout.

We've been right there, with our customers, figuring out this transition together. We've written project plans, migrated data, designed training, started a community, hosted webinars, answered questions, and shipped tools so our customers could be ready on 1 July 2025.

Lookout and our providers had a great momentum going, so right now, it's natural to feel disappointed given all our hard work. The reforms are ultimately a good thing, but some feel the industry just needs a little more time to adjust.

Our goals remain the same, to support our customers to excel in the new program. We are going to put well designed tools in the hands of our customers so they can feel, learn, and ultimately be the best prepared service providers in the country for November.

As a business, we’re taking this opportunity to renew all our plans with the new deadlines in mind to ensure that every Lookout provider meets and exceeds the requirements when they do come into effect.

The target hasn’t changed. Just the pace.
